Founder & Executive Director
Ronda, born and raised in Seychelles, has always believed in the power of sports to build confidence, discipline, and community. She began playing sports at the age of six and remained active throughout her teens. Now, as a dedicated team mom and proud mother of Francesco, she channels her lifelong love for athletics into every aspect of Baseball Bridges International. With over a decade of experience in healthcare and community outreach, Ronda founded this organization after her son expressed concern for friends who couldn’t afford to attend youth baseball programs. Her passion drives the mission to make baseball more accessible for underserved families—one kid at a time.
Vice-President & Camp Director
Francisco, the proud father of Francesco, whose compassion for his teammates inspired the founding of Baseball Bridges International, plays a vital role in community outreach through youth baseball programs. As Vice President, he oversees the planning and operations of all baseball camps, ensuring each child has a safe, fun, and enriching experience. His dedication to giving every kid a chance to play is at the heart of Baseball Bridges International’s mission.
Youth Ambassador & Junior Board Member
At just 8 years old, Francesco sparked the idea for Baseball Bridges International when he noticed that some of his friends couldn’t afford to attend youth baseball programs. Born in Seychelles and now living in the U.S., Francesco has been playing baseball for two years and brings a fresh, kid-centered perspective to everything the organization does. His compassion and love for the game remind the team why this mission matters—helping one kid at a time.
